I've heard many things on social media and even friends and families as an ongoing joke of construction sites. But rarely is it ever talked about for the safety concerns on locals who are just doing their daily routine. I don't know if it's because the council doesn't want to discuss the problem or the fact that they don't have a resolution for it. I also see the annoyance of these sites taking almost forever to do their job and causing even more chaos in Toronto. Either way it should be spoken of it is affacts pedestrians who are just crossing the road. It's amazing how anyone reading this article can perfectly understand the situation, without even being from there. The way you pointed it out and provided evidence with your own experience, shows how big these construction sites cause.
